Established in 2004, Ningbo Stariver International Trading Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of metal, plastic and rubber high precision components, which are widely used in automobile, construction, transportation, appliance, agriculture, and recreational fields.

Meanwhile, we also provide services of casting, forging, stamping, metal powdering, machining, polishing and plating, welding, heat treating, plastic injection, extrusion, tooling and die fabrication, as well as complete fabrication, which includes assembly of components for producing finished products.

The materials we can handle include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, nodular cast iron, aluminum, titanium, brass, bronze, plastic, and rubber. Moreover, we have been applying great CAD/CAM technologies to assist the overall production, which include Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, Unigraphics, CATIA, Auto CAD, and Mastercam.

Our secondary operation includes grinding, painting, powder coating, polishing and plating, anodizing, phosphating, black iodizing, surface hardening, through and induction hardening, annealing, tempering, nitriding, carburizing, assembly, and welding.

Furthermore, our machining capabilities include drilling, milling, turning, CNC machining, jig boring, grinding, electrode EDM, wire EDM, broaching, etching, honing, micro machining, gear manufacturing, screw machining, thread grinding, and thread rolling.

Additionally, we can provide complete services of designing and prototyping. In most cases, we can utilize your existing CAD geometry, and use it to assist in the designing process. Our prototyping process includes stereo lithography, as well as CNC machined samples from solid billet.
